CWIE — Connecting Classroom Learning with the World of Work
This initiative represents an important mechanism in the program's CWIE implementation, strengthening cooperation between the university and industry partners from the student selection process through workplace-based learning and professional competency development.
During their placements, students will have opportunities to strengthen communication, teamwork, problem-solving, service and professional workplace skills while learning to perform according to real industry standards and gaining an understanding of organizational culture and professional responsibilities.
Through authentic workplace experience, the program aims to help every student discover a career path aligned with their strengths and interests, transform classroom knowledge into professional practice, and build the confidence and competencies required to become future professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry.
