IST Celebrates a Memorable Finale at the 21st Ratchaphruek Games, Securing 2nd Place in the Parade and 3rd Place in Football

Celebrating teamwork, friendship and the proud spirit of International School of Tourism students.

The International School of Tourism (IST), Suratthani Rajabhat University, proudly participated in the inter-faculty sports competition for Academic Year 2026, the “21st Ratchaphruek Games.” The event concluded on a memorable note, filled with friendship, teamwork, sporting spirit and pride shared by students across the University.

One of the major highlights of the Games was the spectacular athletes' parade, featuring eight faculties and colleges: the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Law, International School of Tourism, Faculty of Management Sciences, and Samui College of Interdisciplinary Studies.

IST proudly participated as Parade No. 6. Through creativity, coordination and teamwork, IST students brought the unique spirit and identity of the School to the parade and proudly achieved 2nd Place in the Parade Competition.

IST's football team also demonstrated determination, teamwork and sporting excellence throughout the tournament, successfully securing 3rd Place in the Football Competition.

These achievements represent more than competition results. They reflect the collective commitment of IST athletes, parade participants, cheerleaders, students and staff members who worked together to create a vibrant and memorable experience throughout the Ratchaphruek Games.

Participation in the 21st Ratchaphruek Games also provided students with valuable learning opportunities beyond the classroom. Through sports and collaborative activities, students strengthened teamwork, leadership, discipline, responsibility, respect for rules, sportsmanship and positive relationships with students from other faculties and colleges.

The International School of Tourism extends its congratulations and appreciation to all athletes, parade participants, supporters, students, lecturers and staff members whose dedication contributed to another proud and memorable chapter for the IST community.
