International School of Tourism Participates in CALH 2026 and Sends Students to National Knowledge Competition
Strengthening academic collaboration, industry knowledge, and future-ready skills through a national conference on aviation, logistics, hospitality, and responsible tourism.
Participating in a National Academic Platform
The International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, participated in the 1st National Conference on Aviation, Logistics, and Hospitality Business (CALH 2026), organized under the theme “Empowering the New Generation for the Future of Green Aviation and Logistics for Responsible Tourism.” The conference was hosted by the Aviation Business and Logistics Program, Faculty of Management Science, Phuket Rajabhat University, from 12–14 June 2026.
The event provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, academic networking, and discussions on the future development of aviation, logistics, hospitality, and tourism education in response to rapidly evolving industry trends.
Academic Exchange for Future Workforce Development
The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Pornpaktra Sakda, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, who participated in academic discussions and networking activities with scholars and industry experts from across the country.
Discussions focused on curriculum development, workforce preparation, innovation, sustainability, emerging technologies, and responsible tourism practices that are shaping the future of aviation, logistics, and hospitality industries.
Students Join National Knowledge Competition
In addition, Assistant Professor Dr. Yoksamon Jeheng led six students from the International School of Tourism to participate in the 2026 National Knowledge Competition in Aviation Business, Logistics, and Hospitality Management.
