The International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, proudly invites representatives from high schools, vocational colleges, and universities across Southern Thailand to participate in the IST Young Bartender Championship 2026, a regional Classic Bartender Competition designed to showcase talent, creativity, and professional skills in beverage preparation and hospitality service.

This year’s competition is organized under the theme “LOCAL MEETS GLOBAL” with the concept “Inspired by Southern Identity, Crafted with Creativity.” Participants are encouraged to transform the unique culture, stories, ingredients, and identity of Southern Thailand into innovative beverage creations that reflect local heritage while meeting contemporary hospitality and global industry standards.

From Southern Identity to Global Creativity
A platform where young talents can express their creativity, share local stories through mixology, and exchange experiences with competitors from educational institutions throughout Southern Thailand.

Beyond the competition itself, participants will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in communication, presentation, creative thinking, and the innovative use of local ingredients. These competencies are essential for future careers in tourism, hospitality, food and beverage services, and the broader service industry.
