On July 29, 2025, the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University (IST SRU), through its Aviation Business program, organized a workshop on "Aviation Ground Services" to prepare students for their upcoming Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) internships.
Recognizing that ground services are the heart of the aviation business—encompassing passenger reception, baggage handling, information services, and airport safety—this project was designed to equip students with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and personality traits to effectively adapt to a real-world working environment.
The workshop focused on developing essential professional skills through real-world case studies and hands-on practice. The goal was to ensure students understand operational procedures and can proficiently use relevant systems.
The International School of Tourism is committed to preparing its Aviation Business students to be highly competitive and ready, enabling them to enter the aviation industry's labor market with quality and confidence.
