Empowering personality, leadership, communication and professional skills to represent the International School of Tourism

The International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, provided students with a platform to demonstrate their potential through the “Social Engineer Student Role Model Contest for Academic Year 2026,” developing confidence, leadership, communication, creativity and professional skills while selecting outstanding students to represent the School.

On 2 September 2026, the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the “Social Engineer Student Role Model Contest for Academic Year 2026” at the Auditorium, Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Building, Suratthani Rajabhat University. The event provided students with an opportunity to showcase their potential and strengthen their personality, confidence, leadership, communication skills, creativity and professional competencies relevant to the tourism and hospitality industry.

The project aimed to select student role models who demonstrate strong personality, outstanding professional skills and confidence in self-expression. It also encouraged students to learn through collaborative activities by integrating knowledge from the tourism and hospitality industry with the University's “Social Engineer” identity, including thinking, communication, coordination and innovation skills.

These competencies are important in preparing students to work effectively with others, communicate confidently and creatively, demonstrate leadership, and apply classroom knowledge in practical situations. The project also prepares selected students to serve as representatives who communicate and promote the positive image of the International School of Tourism both within the University and to the wider public.

Throughout the event, participants demonstrated their potential through activities reflecting personality, talent, communication skills, creativity and leadership, creating an energetic atmosphere filled with confidence and active student participation.
