Today (August 6, 2025) marks the final day of the internal quality assurance assessment process for the academic year 2023 at the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University. The assessment is being conducted from August 5-6, 2025, at the meeting room on the 7th floor of the Chalermprakiat 80th Birthday Anniversary Building. This is part of the mechanism for overseeing curriculum standards according to the AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance) criteria.
The assessment process on the first day (August 5, 2025) commenced with an opening ceremony and welcome address by Dr. Jeerati Phun-iad, Dean of the International School of Tourism. Following this, the committee proceeded to assess the Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Business program and the Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Hospitality Management program.
Today (August 6, 2025), the committee is assessing the Master of Arts in Tourism and Hospitality Business Management program. The process includes reviewing the Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) , interviewing stakeholders , and will conclude with a summary of the assessment results at the end of the day.
This internal quality assessment aims to review the curriculum's performance over the past academic year and to plan for the development and management of the curriculum for the next academic year. This initiative directly aligns with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, which aims to ensure quality education and promote lifelong learning for all, leading to the continuous and sustainable improvement of the college's educational quality and standards.
