International School of Tourism Empowers Khlong Sok Youth with Young Tour Guide Training for Global Tourism

On August 24-25, 2024, the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized a young tour guide training in foreign languages for elementary students from Ban Bang Pru School and Ban Ya Plong School in Phanom District, Suratthani Province.

The training aimed to help local youth develop skills in guiding and presenting community attractions in foreign languages. Khlong Sok community, located near Khao Sok National Park, attracts many international tourists. This training will enable local youth to use foreign languages to effectively showcase their community’s attractions.

The activity was supported by various organizations, including the Khlong Sok Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Khao Sok National Park, Khao Sok Community Tourism Group, Ban Bang Pru School, Ban Ya Plong School, Wat Tham Phanthurat, and local tourism businesses.
