IST Participates in the Royal Celebration Honouring His Majesty the King
On the occasion of His Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary, 28 July 2026
Executives, lecturers, and staff members of the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, participated in a royal celebration honouring His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026.
The ceremony was held on Monday, 27 July 2026, at the Vajiralongkorn Auditorium, Suratthani Rajabhat University. University executives, staff members, students, and representatives from various departments attended the ceremony in a dignified and respectful atmosphere.
Expressing Loyalty and Gratitude for His Majesty’s Royal Benevolence
The programme included a merit-making and alms-giving ceremony dedicated as a royal tribute, the presentation of ceremonial floral arrangements, a tribute ceremony, and the lighting of candles to offer blessings to His Majesty the King.
Participants also joined together in singing the Royal Anthem and “Sadudee Jom Racha” to express their loyalty, respect, and gratitude for His Majesty’s immeasurable royal benevolence.
The participation of IST executives, lecturers, and staff reflected the institution’s respect for the principal institutions of the nation and its commitment to preserving Thailand’s valued traditions and cultural practices.
The activity also promoted unity, civic responsibility, social awareness, and a strong organisational culture among members of the university community.
