The Aviation Business Program of the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the “Aviation Readiness Program” at the International School of Tourism Building, with participation from 56 first-year students.

The program aimed to provide students with fundamental knowledge about the significance of air travel, aviation processes, and the essential components of the aviation industry. It also highlighted the structure, roles, and current trends of the rapidly evolving aviation business influenced by digital technology, global economic conditions, and shifting consumer behaviors.

Activities included lectures on reservation systems, passenger services, airport management, passenger communication, as well as air logistics and cargo systems linked to the tourism industry. The program was honored to welcome expert guest speakers:

  • Mr. Anupong Kaewpholuek, representative from China Airlines

  • Mr. Pongsatorn Thitiwatcharakul, representative from DHL

Both speakers shared real-world experiences and professional insights, inspiring students to recognize the essential skills required for future careers in the aviation industry.

The “Aviation Readiness Program” is considered an essential foundation-building activity within the curriculum, designed to equip students with a broad understanding of aviation and tourism. This will enable them to further develop their knowledge and skills through more advanced courses throughout the program.
