The Airport as a Classroom: Aviation Business Students Experience Real-World Operations.

Students will experience the real working environment at the airport, learn about the processes and procedures of airport operations, and enhance their communication and teamwork skills. This opportunity helps prepare them for future careers in the aviation industry.

Benefits of Taking First-Year Students on an Airport Tour:

  • Learning from Real Experience: Students experience the actual working environment at the airport, gaining a better understanding of the aviation industry.

  • Understanding Processes and Procedures: Students learn about the processes and procedures involved in airport operations, such as document checks, baggage handling, and aircraft movement management.

  • Enhancing Communication and Teamwork Skills: The tour helps students practice communication and teamwork skills while interacting with airport staff.

  • Building Relationships with Industry Professionals: Students have the opportunity to meet and network with professionals in the aviation industry, which can be beneficial for future career development.
