The program aimed to provide students with fundamental knowledge about the significance of air travel, aviation processes, and the essential components of the aviation industry. It also highlighted the structure, roles, and current trends of the rapidly evolving aviation business influenced by digital technology, global economic conditions, and shifting consumer behaviors.

Activities included lectures on reservation systems, passenger services, airport management, passenger communication, as well as air logistics and cargo systems linked to the tourism industry. The program was honored to welcome expert guest speakers:

  • Mr. Anupong Kaewpholuek, representative from China Airlines
