The International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, continues to foster academic excellence by organizing hands-on training sessions aimed at strengthening researchers' capacity to develop high-quality research proposals aligned with external funding priorities.
On June 5, 2025, the International School of Tourism held a workshop on
“Developing Research Frameworks to Secure External Funding” at the school’s conference room. The session was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Apirak Songrak, Vice President of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, who served as the keynote speaker and mentor.
The objective of this workshop was to enhance researchers’ ability to design research frameworks that align with the directions and expectations of both national and international funding agencies. The program emphasized practical exercises, strategic proposal development, and critical analysis of successful grant applications.
Throughout the session, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, evaluated the strengths of their current research ideas, and received professional guidance on how to craft credible and compelling proposals. This training not only aimed to increase the likelihood of securing research grants but also to foster long-term development of impactful research.
This initiative reflects the School’s commitment to academic development and research excellence in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
