A Unique Learning Experience! Tourism and Hospitality Management students recently participated in an exclusive "Wine Tasting & Service" workshop, where they honed their wine service skills, explored wine tasting techniques, and learned about perfect food pairings—all in a premium dining atmosphere.
The International School of Tourism at Suratthani Rajabhat University organized this hands-on workshop for second-year students of class 66097.071, under the course "Wine Knowledge and Service" (IHC0205).
The workshop took place on February 25, 2025, at The Botanist House in Mueang District, Surat Thani. It aimed to equip students with essential skills in wine service, wine tasting, and food pairing, enhancing their overall learning experience.
