On January 31, 2025, Dr. Jeerati Phoon-iad, Dean of the International School of Tourism (IST), Suratthani Rajabhat University (SRU), held discussions with Ms. Aida Ujeh, President of the Thai-ASEAN Halal Tourism Trade Association, and her delegation. The meeting focused on strategies for developing professionals in Muslim-Friendly Tourism Management in Surat Thani and neighboring areas.
