Students with an interest in hotel management explored the operational structure of international-standard resorts. They toured key departments including guest rooms, restaurants, spa, fitness facilities, and beach recreation areas. They also received professional insights from department managers, allowing them to better understand the standards, responsibilities, and service systems behind successful hotel operations.
A special highlight of the visit was the Flair Bartending performance at REEVE Beach Club Krabi, which added a dynamic service-learning perspective and showcased how creativity and professionalism can enhance guest experience in the hospitality industry.
Meanwhile, students interested in tourism management learned about the responsibilities of the Operations Department, including planning and managing tour programs, as well as Transfer Services, which involve transporting tourists between airports, hotels, piers, and attractions. They also gained valuable knowledge about the professional role of a Tour Guide from industry experts.
This field experience broadened students’ perspectives, inspired their career ambitions, and prepared them for practical learning and internship opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry in their second year.
