“Safety Management and Professional Service in the Aviation Industry” Project

The Aviation Business Program organized a development project aimed at strengthening students’ competencies in safety management alongside professional service skills, preparing them for real-world operations in the global aviation industry.

The aviation industry operates under strict international standards of safety and service quality, following guidelines established by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). These frameworks emphasize safety management, emergency preparedness, and systematic passenger care.

Recognizing the importance of these standards, the Aviation Business Program organized the project entitled “Safety Management and Professional Service in the Aviation Industry” to enhance students’ knowledge, practical skills, and professional attitudes in both safety and service dimensions.

During the project, students participated in training and hands-on practice sessions covering key topics such as water self-rescue techniques, life-saving equipment usage, emergency situation management, and situational assessment for providing appropriate assistance.

This initiative aims to equip students with both academic knowledge and operational skills, enabling them to apply these competencies in their studies, professional internships, and future aviation careers. Ultimately, the project strengthens students’ readiness to build passenger confidence and uphold professional standards in the aviation service industry.
