On June 19, 2025, the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, organized the traditional Bai Sri Su Khwan ceremony for new students at the Vajiralongkorn Auditorium. This meaningful Thai ritual, hosted by the Student Affairs Division in collaboration with the Student Union, aimed to foster encouragement, warmth, and a sense of belonging among the incoming cohort.
The event served as an important symbolic moment to strengthen emotional bonds within the IST community. It provided new students with the confidence and motivation to embark on their academic journey, while also nurturing personal development, ethical values, and a sense of unity.
A highlight of the day was a heartfelt sharing session from IST alumna Ms. Supaporn Sangprathum, a graduate of the Tourism Management program, who returned to inspire and connect with the new generation of IST students through her real-world experience and advice.
