IST Conducts Internal Quality Assessment at the Programme Level in Accordance with the AUN-QA Criteria for the 2025 Academic Year
Another important step towards enhancing programme quality and advancing education to international standards
The International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University, conducted the Internal Quality Assessment at the Programme Level in Accordance with the AUN-QA Criteria for the 2025 Academic Year from 6–8 July 2026 at the International School of Tourism, Suratthani Rajabhat University. The assessment activities were successfully completed in accordance with the scheduled plan.

Distinguished Assessment Panel
The International School of Tourism was honoured to welcome a panel of distinguished assessors who conducted the assessments, provided constructive recommendations and shared valuable perspectives on programme development. The panel consisted of:
Advancing Continuous Programme Quality Improvement
The assessment process for each programme included a presentation of programme performance, a review of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR), interviews with relevant stakeholders, and a concluding session in which the assessors presented their findings and recommendations.
The assessment panel highlighted the strengths of each programme, identified areas for further improvement and provided recommendations for enhancing programme administration, teaching and learning, student support systems, and student learning outcomes.
The findings and recommendations obtained from the assessment will serve as important information for developing improvement plans and ensuring that the academic programmes continue to operate in accordance with educational quality assurance standards and the AUN-QA framework.
The project also strengthened the knowledge and understanding of programme coordinators, academic staff and supporting personnel regarding educational quality assurance. It contributed to building a culture of quality within the organisation and supported systematic and sustainable improvement in educational management.
